Buddhist chanting has long been an essential practice in Buddhism, bringing peace, mindfulness, and spiritual strength to practitioners. In this lecture, Dr. Kenneth Holloway will explore how chanting not only nurtures spiritual cultivation but also supports physical health, emotional balance, and mental clarity in daily life.



🏫 About the Speaker:

Dr. Kenneth Holloway is a Fo Guang Shan Lay Dharma Lecturer and the Levenson Professor of Japanese History at Florida Atlantic University. His academic research focuses on Japanese religion, culture, and history, and he has long been dedicated to the study and teaching of Buddhism. Through both scholarship and Dharma sharing, Dr. Holloway brings a unique perspective that bridges academic insight and practical Buddhist practice.
